Exchange Policy

For Registered Medical Healthcare Providers / Individual Orders

Please note that all sales are final. Due to the sterile nature of our medical devices, we do not offer refunds — eligible orders may be exchanged only.

Exchanges may be approved at DB Medical’s discretion for unopened, undamaged products within 14 business days of delivery.

To be eligible, returned product must:

  • Be unopened and factory-sealed in original packaging
  • Include a verified lot number
  • Not be expired or nearing expiration
  • Have been stored under appropriate conditions
  • Be shipped back at the customer’s expense

All returned products are subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee.
Exchanges due to a shipping error, damaged shipment, or confirmed manufacturer defect will be replaced at no charge.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email orders@dbmcorpusa.com with the subject line “Exchange Request — [Order Number]”
  2. Include your order number, product(s) to exchange, reason for exchange, and photos of any damage.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.
  4. Ship the item(s) back using the EA number on the outside of the package.

Exchanges submitted without a valid EA number will not be accepted.
