Exchange Policy
This Exchange Policy applies to all products distributed in the United States DBM Aesthetics, whether purchased directly, through an authorized DBM Aesthetics USA sales representative, or via dbmcorpusa.com. Due to the sterile nature of our medical devices, all sales are final – no refunds are offered, and eligible orders may be exchanged only, at DBM Aesthetic’s discretion, within 14 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange, the Product must:
- Be unopened and factory-sealed in original packaging
- Include a verified lot number
- Not be expired or nearing expiration
- Have been stored under appropriate conditions
- Be shipped back at the customer’s expense
Exchanges due to a shipping error, damaged shipment, or confirmed manufacturer defect will be replaced at no charge. All other returned Products are subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee. To request an exchange, please complete the form on our Shipping & Exchange page.
